Efficiency:

With a high efficiency system, rising utility bills and energy costs won’t be as much of a burden. That’s because our heating and cooling systems call on fewer resources when in use, you save more money. In January 2006, the Department of Energy increased the minimum SEER from 10 to 13. SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) indicates the efficiencies of different types of equipment. The majority of systems installed before 1992 are 10 SEER or below and will continue to drop in efficiency as the systems age. Not only do new systems meet the government standard; in many cases, they exceed it.

Highest standards of efficiency

Purchase price is only part of the picture

Replacing your air conditioning and heating system is a major decision—one you don't want to make based strictly on initial purchase price. It's equally important to assess how much your system is going to cost to operate and maintain year in and year out.

Higher efficiency equals lower costs

Higher efficiency systems will reduce your energy usage, which can result in lower energy bills, month after month. Many high efficiency products meet the ENERGY STAR® guidelines for energy efficiency, which will ensure that you will receive years of trouble-free operation and energy savings. ENERGY STAR is a voluntary awareness, communications and marketing campaign developed by the U.S. Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in 1992 to promote energy efficiency.

Accurate Air and Heat provides systems that you can assess how much your system is going to cost to operate and maintain year in and year out.
